Wow. First off, this idea is probably one of the more original in the prospect of KakaSaku fanfics that I've seen so far. Truth potions (or whatever it was supposed to be) are not an entirely original idea to begin with, but you've pulled this off wonderfully. Not to mention you kept the fights with Naruto and Sasuke to reality, not just back and forth nonsense. If I could give you more than a ten in enjoyment, I would. Seriously. Must know what comes next. I wonder...not expecting an answer here, but just while I'm in the mood to type, if his 'chilling tone' meant the contaminated poison made him evil or if it made him love her. Considering the hair and pink-ness of the stuff, I'd say the latter, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see like the rest. ...please hurry on the updates tho....XD
