In the last act he even said it was the 2nd time and at the beginning of the chapters it goes on and on about how the second time is important, and Dee also talks about it and stuff.

I have to agree with you on this, I don't think they went all the way either. This fic, by the way, was a wonderful interpretation of what could have happened. Of course, there will be people that disagree, but that's the way it is. And between two guys, I think 'pity fuck' could have a few different meanings.

Ok, you said you interpreted from Vol. 7 that Dee and Ryo didn't "go at it" until Act 20. Well, I'm just here to set it straight. It Act 19 of Vol 7 of fake, Dee and Ryo definitely went all the way and Dee even says it. In the beginning of Act 20 when Dee is up at the roof and is contempleting Ryo's feelings he even says, and I quote, "I hope it wasn't just a pity fuck..." So That basically proves it. I'm just trying to be helpful.
