Another awesome chapter!! And like the title said he was almost there, but Kagome slipped the "L" word on him and he didn't know what to do. I guess it was better for him not to lie about it though. Dude; your reviews were up to 69. I wanted to leave it there for the symbolism, but knew it wouldn't stay there long. So. Just so ya know...69. This was sooo sweet. Then you almost went all 'Paradise by the Dashboard Light' on us, but stopped in the nick of time. Awesome timing.

arg! that's not torturing inuyasha - it's torturing us! how could you leave it off like that? how did he once again manage to screw it up? arrgh! lol, well, anyway, your story is turning into an all time favorite, especially if it is going now where I think it's going (turning into a bit of a romance story...??) but even if not, it's still just really good! funny, sexy, well written, light and just overall enjoyable to read! :D
