I have thoroughly been enjoying FLUX. I love all of your stories though. I don't know how I haven't read it before but I love that they are trapped on the Voyager. I feel bad for Hiei getting the raw end of the deal so much and I want to see if Kurama tells Hiei how he feels and how that all shakes out. I know you haven't updated this is a long while and you are probably kind of out of the fandom but I would really love to see more of this and Half Breed's Curse and Suicide. If you find time to write more it would greatly be appreciated. I too have had trouble with getting back into fandom recently, partly because of computer trouble and partly because real life has taken a major toll. I hope school went well for you and that things are going good. I love your style and it would be a shame if noone got to read the rest of your stories. Keep up the great work and I hope you have a great summer. ^_^ LOVE Kurama and Hiei together.

I know you have no end of you own wonderful ideas so hope I offering mine is not takin wrong. Its just once offered it would also be silly to get touchy about them. The crew of Voyager have been very stressed and busy but its sad that Neelix, the Dr., Captain Jainway(sp?) and even Tuvok would someone of Hiei's potenial slip through the cracks unencouraged that way. The tool may change at least in security the general principals at lower levels remain the same. Alertness, priorties, monitoring a situation for change and not letting a hostile get past you. Hiei's Jagan and great reflexs could be extra-ordinarly use assets and he has the intelligence to pick up the use of every day modern tools quickly and with study be able to do pretty quickly come up to speed on MOST of the stuff a junior security office needs to know. The rest(more modern science behind screening, newer investigative methods, computer security) will come as he and others have faith in him. It will only take longer. And come on, once he gets started with his original thinking and perspective, don't tell me he will not have other unique and valuable things to offer. OK so it WASN'T you!!! Hiei is depressed!

I don't know if you remember my an earlier review of mine for this story along the lines what IF Yuuske and Yukina survived the 400 years because they were relocated to demon world in time to protect each other. Here is a related but NEW twisted thought, suppose those two DO NOT last the 400. BUT do last in the demon world to some point beyond the fatal 50 had they stayed in the human world. In sorrow at the loss of their human mates and mortal offspring, or true companionship after they learn to relay on each other, the two join to produce true demon offspring powerful enough to rule. What would Makuro think of being related to Hiei if she has lasted so long pro/con? The room for dynastic wars or coup attemps by earlier or later offspring is possible even probable. How will Hiei feel if he comes back to find trouble with a blood relation/offspring of his sister's having joined forces with the bad guys in hopes to overthrow the current ruler/relation? Fun thought! Free to use.

Ack! Please, please tell me there's more to this. How on Earth (or off of it for that matter) did you come up with this crossover? I never would have put the two together. But you did, and it works well. I'm not quite sure I believe your portrayal of the universal translator, but my technobabble is a little rusty. |
