Mechanics isn't exactly all too important to me. As a professional, I look for the depth and/or originality of works. This, my friend, is VERY original. Please, post the next installment already! :D

That was very well written. I, personally, love this manga/show, and as such, love pretty much everything that has something to do with it. I hope to see you work in some characters that honestly don't get enough play time in the real deal (Yue, Haruna, Kaede, some of the class rep, too. It just seems like Ken is wasting them by not using them a bunch). The whole bit about why they are actually now Negi's fiances was kind of confusing, but I just don't care. You cleaned it up good enough with the whole 'parents signed it, you're screwed' thing. You wrote it fantastically, I'll say it again. It was nice not to go through paragraphs of character descriptions because, really, anyone who's going to read this already knows what everyone looks like. Keep writing, because now I'm interested!
