I don't usually like reading poetry on this site, for there are few pieces that I have come across that I have enjoyed. Yours was a joy to read, you have a gift for words and I look forward to reading more of your work!

this was my favorite stanza: "Ridiculous." Impossible that power was not the answer. Incredible that his strength was not sufficient. Inconceivable that he would acknowledge his need for her light. I think it captures his wake up call in this arc so well. As always, you have a way with words that is so beautiful and so moving.
