Oh, well, there's goes my perfect record for no flames on my SM stories. *shrugs*
To respond to your comment, I have seen both the subbed and dubbed versions of the series. (Makoto's quote from Haruka in the first chapter was taken right off the subbed episode.) Haruka and Michiru were never "cousins" in this fanfic; it was just that they hadn't developed a relationship yet. (Re-read the first two chapters, Michiru is definatly not treating Haruka like a cousin.) The fanfic is about what could have happened if Haruka did become interested in someone else and how she and Michiru would react to it.
Fanfics are full of alternate pairings, and this is one of them. I gave a clear warning at the start of the story: "If the idea of Haruka showing interest in a guy makes you see red, you
probably won't like the story." If you continued to read after seeing this warning, then you only have yourself to blame for anything in the story that upset you.
I've said this before, I don't mind critisms. I only ask that if you're going to critize, you read the story fully and give your opinion without rude comments. I've had several people tell me they prefer the H/M pairing, and that's fine. We all have different ideas of how we'd like to see the characters portrayed. If you're not enjoying a fanfic, then stop reading and move on. That's all I've got to say. That and... If your going to use the original japanese you might want to have actually seen some, because firstyl haruka and michiru are lovers not cousins, a piece of advice...

I know, I have an awful habit for doing that. ^_^ The thing is I saw the dubbed version before learning the Japanese names, so I interchange the two a lot of the time. (Plus I thought Taylor's name would be out of place since it isn't Japanese.) But the story was based on the Japanese version, without them being related. A first Amara dubbed fic. I don't think I've read anything like this. Overall, the story was good. Although, there has been a mixed of Japanese names. But that doesn't really matter. ~_~ I think that Amara and Michelle are only cousins based on the dubbed. Keep up the good work and this wil go under as my fave story. This was pretty good. I'm not a big Sailor Moon fan, but this is a nice start. The begenning chapter was not as good as all the others, and there are a few sentences that are a little hickapy. Other than that I love your descriptions of scenery and what the characters are thinking. I think that's why the first chapter wasn't as strong as the others.
