Just felt this story deserved a review. The fic has a pretty nice idea but just seems to fail over all. In the imortal words of Dragnet 'Just the facts mam' fits this story to a T. Little to no description, no real personalty and extremely wooden dialog makes this story fail for me. Plot jumps by leaps and bounds with little to no explination. I would say all the characters mentioned are extremely OOC, but that isn't really fair. They have NO character, you can hardly tell any difference from Ranma to Catseye or neko. Beyond the names, the characters really have no life to them. Like I said I like the idea, and most the basic plot points, but this story just failed some how. This fic was written more like a TV instruction manual then a novel.
