he is indeed naruto's father.also i would like to point out the names are kushina uzumaki and minato namikaze.but that probably was not revealed yet so it is understandable

A very good start so far Belle. But I was curious about the name part. I thought the 4th's first name was Arashi? I look forward to the next chapter.

Huh, that was a really good for first chapter. I liked the idea and creative use of the jutsus and what not with Sai. Birth Certificate... I like the idea. XD
