LOL! But now that you've updated, I can give a more full-rounded review. :) First off, I'm glad you too my last suggestion to use, because it made the first chapter much more easier to read. The overall development of the characters and plots are pretty good. It's interesting to see Mimi becoming a leader and for Koushiro and Miyako to be attractive computer nerds :p And you mentioned a little in chapter two about how the younger group have drifted apart, particularly Myako and iori simply because they attend different schools. I could totally believe that. One thing that you could work on is the actual flow and structure of the story. There were places where it was a little tricky to follow who was speaking, because there hadn't been an indicator in five or so paragraphs as to who was speaking. I feel the story would also be a lot stronger if we got to feel a litte bit more about what the characters (especially Mimi in chapter one) feel about how their lives have changed since leaving their Digimon partners I did very much enjoy the AiM referrence, as well as the rest of the music referrences to Digimon. none of that seemed forced. I also liked the Valentine/White Day referrence and remembering that it's a particularly romantic (and very capitalistic!!) holiday in Japan. Overall, I did indeed enjoy this fic a whole lot, and I can't wait for more!

Anyway, it was great prose and everyone was in character as they said goodbye to their Digimon. The only nit-pick I had was that most of the story was in italic. Normally that does work well for a flashback, but seeing that the flasshback *was* the whole chapter and you had already told us it was some years ago, it wasnt necessary to do so. Other than that, it was a great story, and I'll be waiting for the next chapter.
