I think this is a very original and well written story. Your characters are sharp and the story itself is well plotted. I think the only reason people are not reviewing this story is because you have made the same mistake I had made in one of my stories - The problem of the vague Hes and Shes (Of course I've rectified it now). In some places in your story the reader gets confused which He or She you are referring to and working it out takes a bit from the enjoyment factor. Besides that its quite well written. I'm just curious, shouldn't Tenrai be groping a whole lot of other women, I mean being Miroku's dad and all. Still The story is good, better than a lot of other literary crap that I've read recently...Don't mind the lack of reviews, you should see the meagre reviews for my stories...all i say is 'Keh'! Keep up the good work and please post the new chapter soon!

It's well written, though I noticed a few very minor mistakes, and all of the characters are well developed. I really like what you did with Tenrai and Miyabi and the insanity of Tanaka as well as Yamato, (why are all royalty this screwed up?). Every character gets a chance in the lime light and that always makes a story more interesting. The story at times is a little depressing (especially about Tanaka and Miyabi in that last chapter, yuck) you leave me with the feeling things are going to get worse before they get better. Damn, I love this type of story. Hehehe. Though I have one question, are you sure you've got your history right? I don't think Japan got wind of Christianity until the Dutch ships touched down which I think was in the 1600s or so. The setting of this story is around the mid 1400s if I'm doing my math right (2000-500-50ish = 1450ish). I suppose this would work if they heard about from good ole Marco Polo, but since China and Japan were never good neighbors... eh, I think I'll let it be. Good job! You get a gold star.
