This is a beautiful and sweet story, you are a great writer with a great story to tell. It's rare to find good fics about Inu's parents and this is one of the few that I actually like and wait for updates.

I've never really read a pre-Inuyasha fic about his parents but I rather like this one. It's a very good start. Just a few spelling/grammar issues, and a couple confusing sentences. The biggest thing that I wanted to mention is your use of the word hanyo/hanyou. You use it in reference to Izayoi and I'm positive that that word is the word for half-demon. Perhaps the word you meant is hime? I don't know. But like I said, I really like it.
