This is a fairly good fanfiction, and you actually won me over! The scores I gave you are a bit low (not very much), but keep in mind I'm the most picky person IN THE WORLD! Great job! *tries to picture Snake with kids*

I like to read many fanfics, and I usually don't find very many Metal Gear Fanfics that aren't full of holes, plotwise AND grammarwise (if that's a word), but this one blew me away. Although, there's one little thing i have a prblem with that has't been mentioned in other reviews. The Snakes cannot reproduce. Blame it on a wizard. Or alternate universe. Or something. Other than that, awesome story! Much better than mine (which isn't even, here, 'cuz i'm not a member.) Remember, "Who Dares, Wins." Keep on Snakin'!

Ok I am officaly the best metal gear fanfic critic
and i am pretty hard to get to, but your story was awesome.I have some criticizing, the names...I doubt you've seen the part at the end
Snake has no last name/Silverburg is Meryle's Maiden name not snakes last name.Liquid is Snakes Brother, big boss(leader of foxhound)is snakes father.Pliskin is a name snake made up so hear are the names..

I'm not usually the squealing type of girl, but while I was reading this story I was saying, "Ooooh that's cute... Snake's a daddy. Uncle Hal, that soooo sweet!" Bleah, gag me with a spoon, but I just couldn't help it.
This was a great story. Very well done. You set up nice background information and covered all your bases. As soon as I asked myself, "How did that happen?" You had an explanation waiting right there for me. So the story had excellent pacing as well.
Overall the story just kicked ass. It's good to see another Snake/Meryl fan. Some folks on FF.net make it seem like that couple is ridiculous.
*LOL* My version of Meryl still can't cook to 'save her soul'. And I completely understand not getting into the craziness which is the ending of MGS2. I'm also eagerly awaiting MGS3.
