You actually had me a little fooled with how they saw each other and were like "s/he's beautiful" and then when they meet they're at each other's throat later. I kinda though they'd at least still blush with each other but then again it was more believable that they fight rather than keep judging each other based on looks alone and fall in love. Lots of fanfic's seem to be that way and they don't describe how they fall in love based on their personalities. It isn't until they are together that they seem to be in love for who they are. It's just so jumbled. x.x But yours is written where they fall for each other based on personality since Inuyasha isn't constantly blushing over her looks except when he describes her smile but that's also sorta a personality thing because only someone with a kind soul can smile like Kagome. Bleh hope this doesn't make me seem like a guy. People confuse me for one because my name starts with Inuyasha.

You know, even though they didn't really meet at the tournament it was still a fun chapter to read. That's how good you're writing is :D

lol oops double posted that last review. Well it still counts as only for chapter one though I realized this isn't like fanfiction . net where you write a review for every chapter. Oh well I want to write a review for every chapter. This story for being so good doesn't seem to have a lot of reviews. Needs more publicity. This story is just too good to not review every chapter for *ahem* sorry sound a little obsessed there lol

I tried writing a review with my cell but because of the spam filter it wouldn't let me so I logged onto the computer and decided to do it. Which is good considering I wanted to write a review for every chapter even though I already read up to the current chapter. The story is just that good! I really liked it.

Ok, first off, let me congratulate you because this fiction is really well written. I like the twist that you have put on the original prince marries poor girl storyline. There were some obvious little bloopers though, such as how at the beginning, Mrs. Higurashi left an infant Sota at the Western Castle while she went back to her husband? Not only would Sota need breast-feeding (I guess you could say there was a wet nurse), but I doubt any mother much less a queen would leave their infant child behind if there was a choice - in which case, Sota would have traveled with his mother. Age is a hard thing to work with in works of fiction, so it was an easy mistake to make J. You also seemed to have downplayed Inuyasha's senses of smell and his presumable sense of danger both times that Kagome underwent danger (the poisoning and the recent abduction). Even if there were no official tasters of the food at court, Inuyasha should have been able to smell the poison. Anyways, this work of fiction seems to be really well thought out and planned. Everything is fitting nicely together. I like your writing style and your speed of updating. Thank you for writing this and happy New Year!
