Well at least Trunks will be born now so that's a weight off Goku's mind, and Vegeta seems prepared to be with him, but I sense Goku doesn't realise or doesn't want to think about his friends and family's reactions if/when they reveal their love. Given that he will die at Cell's hands, I see more angst on the horizon. Better go get in extra tissues :(

Hi After I read the No more sorrow I end up searched and read this one. I just come back to review. It is a great story! Only the ending is a bit haste, cause it left me a lot questions like what are they going to do with their wives, how about trunks, ect. But it doesn't matter. The main charaters are great! love it and keep going!

First of all, what most captivated me of this story, from the very beginning, was to have both points of view. I think it's a great choice that you show both of their thoughts, how they are feeling about the circumstances they're under going.. And you have both their personalities so well defined, with such accuracy. The whole chapter is full of wonderful ideas; such as how after meeting from the first time they feel the need to question themselves and to reflect about their past; like, for instance, Vegeta's self-awareness that Freeza made him the way he is, and what's most important, he realizes that he didn't like what he'd become. That was great. And their inner fight , having realized that they can't stop thinking one in each other but not wanting to do it. I like how deep you go in their feelings, their emotions, their personalities. You make them appear so real. And I love too your explanations to some of their behaviors, like the real reason why Goku married Chichi, that necessity to fit, to be like all his others friends. Or why Vegeta acts so cold and harsh toward Goku, because he's afraid of his feelings. Brilliant! (More when I read chapter 4.)

I'm very happy that you updated this. When I read the first chapter I thought it was an interesting beginning, nice how you showed Goku's and Vegeta's first impressions when they first met each other. And I like very much how you have portrayed them, very in character. Especially I like that you have decided to portray Goku as a mature and adult character and not as a stupid dumbass like many authors tend to do. Chapter 2 is as good or even better than 1. Though it's usually difficult to write with coherence different point's of view in the same chapter cause usually is confusing, you have done it perfectly, with great talent, and it's interesting instead of confusing. Great job. Continue updating please, I'm very lazy to review and have few time to read but I'll try to review every new chapter. By the way, thanks for reviewing my fic. I'm glad you like it.
