This fic flowed well and I liked that you took the time to tell both sides of the story from each of the character's viewpoint - the emotion, the conflict, the pain, and the confusion. A physically abusive Bakura in a fic is not my cup of tea (just a personal opinion, of course, and not meant to demean your story!) but he at least showed signs of curbing that behavior towards the end - which was good news for Ryou. To be quite honest, I REALLY enjoyed much better how you characterized Bakura (and Ryou, for that matter) in your story "Misunderstandings". Bakura has the tactic of a herd of charging bull elephants even in that fic as well but at least we knew why he behaved the way he did and it was believable all at the same time because a more humanizing factor was put into play - the fear of rejection and wanting something/someone one cannot have. Oftentimes words hurt more than fists...

Bakura Is a twisted bastard, isn't he? All hail the King of DeNeil. Interesting fic. It starts out disterbingly graphic and ends being sweet(kind of). Great fic.

Good job. Bakura was so lieing to himself. I'm glad he finally admitted to himself, at least, that he loves Ryou. Hopefully, he will stop the beatings.

Tell me Bakura... who are you trying to convince with the 'I don't's? yourself... if you don't feel it then why are you thinking about all the time? the answer is easy... you do! and you know it! ANYWAYS... I got yet another WAFF from this fic... does that make me weird? yes? okay. Good job... can't wait to read more... ^^
