It seems slightly out of character for Light to openly admit to playing games with people's lives. Since he thinks of himself as the hero. Also, at which point is this story set?

Hmm... I hope that your editing this means that you're considering writing more. I usually try not to read things from anime/manga that I haven't actually seen/read. I failed in this respect. I read this and then went off looking at Death Note character summaries and whatnot. Thanks for inadvertantly pointing me in the direction of a series I can already tell I'm going to enjoy. Very cute! I like the story, though I desperatly wish there were longer Death Note Fics here on MM. But I understand that with such a slow forum people aren't that will to write too much seeing as how reviews (or many reviews anyways) are unlikely.
