You have the bones of a good story and a good writing style, but your English has a long, long way to go. Better beta-ing would help a lot, some words aren't even words and the present/past tense doesn't match up. BUt again you have the beginnings of a good story and it seems to have a nice subtle sensibility; it will come through more cleanly with time as your skills improve.
