I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It rang true to the characters as I see them, and I can visualise the events as though watching them unfold in an animation. All criticism aside, isn't the true measure of a story's success the enjoyment factor? Keep writing : )

I loved your story. And even though this could easily be just a one-shot, I think you should make a sequel or another chapter. That was a very original idea from you and I hope to read more from you soon.
