Ouch. At first glance, one wants to hold Ryou close and pat him on the head... there, there, sweetness... Bakura doesn't deserve you. He's an uncaring bastard who used you. But, as the story progresses on... wow. Perhaps Bakura had bitten off more than he could safely chew when he began playing his little game of love and deception with his "gullible" light. Ryou isn't all that he appears to be, is he? I have to also agree with my friend, Saiyamaru, that these two deserve each other. I have to wonder if perhaps Bakura was played just as hard and just as underhandedly as he had played Ryou... Very, very interesting...

Hey, nice fic! *bow, grovel, whimper* I am sooo sorry it took me so long to read this, I have no excuse... except for Durza, heheheh... But anyhow, I really liked this. That last line is the best... I had to think about it, but I can see what Ryou is doing, or might be doing - very cool. Saiyamaru-nli seems to have it right, ne? Though it surprised me that it was Marik he was talking to XD I was expecting Yami for some reason...

Poor Ryou, but alas, the spirit of his yami is often a cruel one, no? But I don't see how Ryou would be the one manipulating, so if you would explain that to me, deary, that would simply be fantabulous. ;) But I did like hearing it from another POV, that was cool. Good luck loging in on your other computer!

Angst-elicious, yum! I'm not a huge fan of quick little one-shots and out of the blue angst, but this was worth reading. I found it interesting how you had Marik 'watching' and even more interesting was Ryou's response to what happened. He's not going to let Bakura go, heh. If he's truly as manipulative as he's being portrayed, he could make Bakura fall in love with Him, and make Bakura 'pay' for the rest of his existence. If that's the case, those two deserve each other. Great fic, I look forward to the next one.
