Very good story. I didn't like the idea of Vegeta's father replacing him with a clone and then Nappa disrespecting him, so at that point the story was nearly ruined for me. I kept on reading though, and I was intrigued and moved by everything else. I think you kept them in character for the most part, and I liked many of your theories, including the one about why the Saiyans sent their infants away. It was a very interesting read, and I think you did a wonderful job of creating a good story that held the readers' attention.

Wow, very good story! I spotted a lot of technical errors, but the story was so engrossing I felt I could overlook them. Everything felt very real; the characters were very much in character (what we know of them, at least, which isn't much for most of them) and I could definitely see this as a possible backstory for Vegeta. It would explain a lot about who he became. I hope you continue this story. I may or may not ever have a chance to read more if you do, but I think this is definitely a story worth continuing regardless.

Hi. Thanks for uploading the chapters here after I asked you on fanfiction.net, I really appreciate it. I've now printed out your whole story (and used up all my printer paper, natch) and have stuck it on my wall (don't ask me why, I just have). It's what I do with really good fanfictions. Anyway, thanks for uplaoding it and once again, brilliant story, you haev some real talent.
