Sure it is occ, but fun none the less. I also like Gaara/hinata and agree with the how it is likely that hinata would be more compansionate and accepting of Gaara because of her own nature and circumstance as well as her feelings for naruto. one of the things hinata values most is the ability for people to change themselves. and Gaara has certainly done that. she is also unlikely to be uncomfortable with Gaara great powers since she has always been around more powerful people (neji, her father). I think yaoi and yuri generally makes it more acceptable in RL but there are always the really poor yaoi.yuri abuse-kind of stories thing which creates a negative backlash. also the number/type of people reading yaoi/yuri are generally going to be the more tolerate/accepting type to begin with so there might be relatively little impact overall on RL thanks for sharing this story! hope you write more g/h in the future.
