It's like the slow way to the goal/I'll get there when I get there...almost as if knowing the journey to the end, no matter how hard, is prolonged because of it truly ENDING when you DO get there. At least that's how I read it. And I got something out of it, believe me. I'm in ponder mode, now. So, KUDOS for thought-provoking poetry! Great job! I look forward to more great ones like this and 'The Bubble'! Happy Holidays!
