Okay, first of all, well done. Excellent characterization, genuine reactions, wonderful, nice and bloody scene with Inuyasha. Hopefully, we will get to see the Koga vs. Inuyasha conflict resolved in this fic, once and for all. That said, I saw a few problems, mainly in some of the words spelled. You need to get a spell checker or beta reader to solve those rather minor issues that I just can't help but notice. Other than that, bravo.

I've really enjoyed this story so far, I hope you keep writing. I wanted to comment on your authors notes. It was so refreshing to read an authors notes by someone who has a valid idea that they are presenting and is confident enough to stand up for it. Good for you! You're right it is your story, and you are the boss. What a great attitude! Thanks so much for sharing your story, and for respecting your work. YAY!

im happy that you didnt make Kagome's powers go!! and i was starting to feel like killing the girls as well >_< this story made me cry couple of times which i only thought that only movies can but you writen sooo well its like actually reading a book not a fanfic.... my sister wants to know if your gunna put it in the 'Maximum Challenge Fan Fiction Contest' but ofc its up to you...... please keep going

This is very real and well written, my only criticism would be that Kagome seems to be healing a bit quickly, of course it is still early and my guess is you have plans along those lines or you wouldn't be continuing the story :) I'm really on the edge of my seat with the Koga situation and I have this feeling that he is going to set Kagome back in her healing terribly. Mostly, I would like to compliment, and THANK YOU for not doing what I have seen far too too too many fic writers do, have Kagome and InuYasha jumping into a sexual relationship immediately, so many people show Kagome using sex as a means to recover and that is just wrong on so many levels I don't even know where to begin. I am a survivor of rape and these people have no idea how damaging stories like that are. So, thank you for writing an honest truthful look at rape and the aftermath, not just to Kagome and InuYasha, but to everyone around them....I LOVED the scene with InuYasha and Shippo...very very well done! 1 for enjoyment only because it is the kind of subject that just can not be enjoyed... Otherwise, just watch those typos :)--CJ

i'm glad you didn't have kagome lose her miko ability; most people don't know that the purity of a miko isn't determined by virginity. purity means your lifestyle and your actions, not whether or not you've had sex.

"There isn't really any cause for concern at the moment, though if you continue to piss periods,.." I think you mean miss, even though it did give me a little giggle. On a personal pet peeve note I always hate it when Inuyasha fanfics go into abortions, because they usually simplify a very complex issue. For one thing, morning after pills can cause an abortion. If Kagome was so dead set against abortions it seems she would be in a controversial mindset about morning after pills. For another she always seems to reject it without thinking about it seriously, even during rape, and her pure/good/kind heartedness is cited to back it up. It seems to imply a woman who does consider doing that is not a kind hearted pure person. Most of the time writers are young and this can make an impact both on views and the information one possesses. I never hold it against any story I realize ficcies are just for fun; it's just a personal irritant. Anyway, regardless of all that I am enjoying the story :).

great story. your timing is perfect as far as the morning after pill goes. fda just allowed the morning after pill to be sold without a prescription at any pharmacy. you just have to be 18 or older. they come in boxes of two pills, and must be taken within 72 hours of the "event". (im a pharmacy tech, thats why i know). any way, great so far!

This is good, there are some gramatical errors but all in all it was ok. It is fairly similar (so far) to a story by ladycatbailey on adultfanfiction.net. called "To Protect" but I think it's different enough to where it is not plagarism. Anyway update it soon I would like to read more. I also highly recommend reading "To Protect" its really good but also smutty so if you aren't into that then don't read it. However the story is amazingly well written but is not finished and I dount it will ever be finished, but it still is really good.
