I really do like this story. I do like how you improved the idea.... and thanks for the side note.. didn't mean to sound grumpy... it took me a long time to come with something orginal and outrageous.. I was so pleased. Will there be another story?

It's funny 'cause it's true! LOL. Such an original idea. You know...laughing also has the same effect...so I hear *cough cough*. Incidentally, nobody can hold claim of a generic, nondescript youkai, that's based upon a genuine animal, so don't let that comment get to you. We're not talking about an individually named character, after all. There's only so many possible animals to use for youkai, so its only logical to assume that more than one person would eventually think to get creative and use the universal "goof ball" animal that everyone knows and loves to make fun of. Besides, I believe there's a game out there called Dark Platypus, featuring a Platypus Demon, so if anybody owns the creature, they do.

Very cute... just a side note... can you please put in the AN the Playtus youkai orignally came from me and is my creation. Thank you. Sighs... would have been nice if you had asked me first I would have been happy to let you use it.
