It is an interesting take on life after death, which is what Bleach is really all about. I liked how you stopped right before Ishida could find Orihime -- a mushy ending wouldn't have been appropriate! I've read a lot of your work but I think I like this one the best. It's thought-provoking and well written. Keep on writing :) And oh, I hope your meds now agree with you.
