Well, I think Nikki hit that particular nail on the head dead-on, lol. I like Koga, I really do, but he can be so dense sometimes, totally without a clue. Never really got into Ayame's character much, tho if Koga was to have a someone, she would be it. Heh, then they can be dense together, lol. Great piece BTW, I liked it. ;)

You nailed Koga's character dead on correct. And the parrellels of her love for Koga matches the illusion that Koga has for Kagome. How can a person profess love to someone else after what? less than half a day of knowing them and being told that person already loves someone else? Or to breeze into that person's life whenever the whim came to them? Or to insult the one that person cares for? Again not love, for love means to want to see the other happy no matter what. No, this wasn't anti-Koga but simply the truth of the matter. Kudos! I do pity the both of them because they are both so completely wrapped up in theis illusions and fantasies that they are really only hurting themselves. Kudos for this wonderful but heartbreaking tale... and she is the spoiled princess in the anime. Very well presented and excuted. Thank you sharing this!
