I'm wondering if you realized this as you were writting, I was waiting for you to mention it somewhere in the end, but you didn't.. the reason Vegeta could smell Freeza.. it's the suit. He was killed in that suit wasn't he? You said it was the suit he wore when he came back from Namek, mind you that suit didn't have the wing things, it was more tank top shaped, it had a big hole in the center. That would certianly explain why Vegeta went into Shell Shock, I mean he died in that suit. Freeza's scent would be all over it.
Oh and I love that song too, it's so sad isn't it, breaks my heart every time I hear it. "This Woman's Work" I'm gonna go listen to it now and go cry a bit ;) |

Wow...and you're thinking to drag out his past? Damn. I don't have any helpful suggestions because, I think it will be very difficult to bring the tone of the story back up, after digging around in a box of Vegeta's memories...Good Luck, and please let me know when it's up...

AWWW!! This fanfic is sooo cute!! Vegeta is sooooo adorable!! Heehee. I have pictures of him smiling actually. They are kinda freaky cause it's him in his Saiyan armor on namek.
