Title: Nit pickey Reviewed By: Inch Girl [MediaMiner Member] On: January 08, 2008 07:43 CST Comment/Review: "Good try. But Kaiba, can not hold the "King of Games" title, because he never won it. Yugi/Yami held the title. And Yugi won the title for himself by winning the dual sending Yami to the afterlife, which started this whole mess." Did yami/ yugi not get the title from winning duelist kingdom? Kaiba did admit thet Yugi was truly the King of games during the afterlife duel but that does not mean that he couldnt get the title back if he wanted to try. After Seto enjoys a challange. As for the last chapter Great interpretation as always. Enebtually Yugi would move on as Yami would have liked. Cant wait for your next fic. plz feed my imagination *hold out bowl for seconds*

Comment/Review: Sorry if it seems like I'm nit picking. Don't mean to. I really do like most of your insights of the characters, as well as your short and sweet style of writing. Though, I'm fond of all the Yugioh characters, Yugi happens to be "central" or my favorite. The series/manga is about him, not Yami. I think it's the way you had the Kiaba's try to dismiss him, or diminish his importance. See if you can convince me otherwise, please. Looking forward to your next chapter regardless. And thanks for writing

Yugi/Yami held the title. And Yugi won the title for himself by winning the dual sending Yami to the afterlife, which started this whole mess. So the only reason Kaiba has to miss the Pharaoh, is because of how it effects Yugi and his quest for said title. And the the way you have Yugi feeling now, there ain't going to be any duals, any time soon. Unless Yugi snaps out of his funk, there ain't a thing Kaiba can do about it, power, money are useless in this case

Comment/Review: Still, haven't explained how "Yugi never presented a challenge", when Yugi still stands as reigning "King of Games" a title he (KIaba) hasn't won back. And that Yugi, still holds, alone after winning, against Bakura and Yami, with his own deck, at the gates of the "after life". And Joey's best bud wasn't Yami it was Yugi. See a pattern here?

Comment/Review: I liked both chapters right up until the end when Kiaba said/implied that Yugi was not a worthy opponent. Remember, Yugi is the one who sent the Pharaoh to the "after life" by besting him in a dual. Maybe that could be cleared up in the next chapter?

Reviewed By: RedConvoy the Writer On: October 24, 2007 04:52 CDT Comment/Review: As usual, everyone is so concerned about Anzu's feelings, what about Yugi's? He was the one who was closest to the pharaoh in heart and soul? Is he in denial or just handling it better?
