Squee!!!!! More more more! I'm so glad to see this get off the ground again. I know RL dictated a hiatus, but I'm very very pleased to see this chapter. Nicely done, by the way. I could see what you described in my mind's eye perfectly, especially the exchange between Kaugra and Sesshoumaru. Lovely work!

Yay! You finally shoved Kagome straight into that snow, and you did it gracefully! I could see quite clearly with my mind's eye a miffed and wet Kagome at the bottom of that drift, and Shippo getting bopped after twackhing Inuyasha's nose... priceless! I also liked the bit about Kikyo wondering why Kaede would help her. . . hadn't thought of that. Ohhh... the mystery.. just who does Sesshoumaru think needs him... :) Well done. Well done. Again, I loved the snowball fight. It was good comedy. (Love triange? Who thought that????)

pertty good. i'm interested in the direction you're taking the story, and of course i must demand more inu/kag :). by the way, i really loved the line: "And even though their species varied amongst demons, humans, and lecherous monks" miroku is his own species. that made me laugh. keep it up! ~

Nice to see them reconciled, but I have to wonder if it will last. Has IY truly dedicated himself to K, or will Kikyou once again pull him away. And just what is she planning? Methinks some angst is in the future....bring it on!

Wow! This story has me hooked! It is amazing! The description and speech is deep. *sighs deeply* This a great piece of literature and truely this is beautiful. The darkness and angst is reflected perfectly and it feels as if the story comes alive...like if you can smell the smoky scent of the fire and the feel the cool blasts of air of upcoming winter fan you...it's that or I've been eating too many chocolate truffles...^ ^;

What a wonderfully intriguing plot you're weaving here! I love Kikyou turning to "the dark side," and Naraku's words about how pleased Izanami would be to have someone like Kikyou invoke her powers were a fabulous touch. Ah, the angst that is Kagome's life. When I read the summary about Kagome's feelings changing, I was imagining she had finally gotten tired of Inu's fickle heart and was giving up on him, and that he would have to win her back. I couldn't believe he had left her at such a moment, without a second thought. It is disheartening to see that Kikyou has so much power over him. His love for Kagome needs to come into play at such times. The "beast within" certainly knows his heart, -- I'm thinking that once the beast makes his claim, Kikyou will not be able to hold him in her thrall. Ya gotta love that devious Naraku. I wonder what the second scroll does? Inuyasha's beast isn't going to like the idea of Kagome in Naraku's clutches, and it may actually shake some sense into the rest of him. I'm looking forward to more of this!

it's like jerry springer says, "you can't make somebody love you" and i say, "why would you make a complete fool of yourself, if they're over you then move on. if they don't want you, you're stupid to keep fighting it... get a 'f'ing clue!" and why in the 7734 do they always have to flash everybody, that's just sick, when i used to watch television (quit 2004) and flip through channels if 'springer' was on there was always someone exposing themselves!... but the kikyo/yasha/kagome love triangle reminds me of that without the blacked out body parts. . . oh sorry, about your story and this chapter, good stuff, heck even the kami needed springer, huh? no worse than the greek/roman/norse/celtic mythologies. ~ a pleasure, ginny

you listed the lecherous monk as his own species =D ~ this one so loves the 'almost' full youkai yasha... pure passion. . . oh yes i would so love the manipulative kikyo to be thwarted in her evil plan (i'm still reading the manga and i'm a bit passed where kikyo was going to kill kagome after she took the shards to give them to naraku, i'm also up to date from chapter 470 and i'm curious how she had the change of heart up until her second death...). even though she's stronger than kikyo she would have to understand what kikyo's doing to yash to stop and reverse the effect. . . *still drooling over the semi-transformed hanyou* maybe his youkai and youki will negate kikyo's power over him. ~ thank you, ginny

interesting mind control spell she has on him, can one ward against that or put up a barrier? . . and is it only when yasha starts to get close to kagome that kikyo comes around? . . if only someone who knows what to see could witness their encounters... interesting, intriguing, well written. ~thank you, ginny
