I really love the Kagome/Yusuke pairing and not alot of people can pull it off but you did an excellent job. I really hope you write more of this pairing!!!!!! Great story!!!!

Hee hee! Poor, poor Yusuke. "The best-laid plans of mouse and man ..." How did Kagome know the restaurant they were going to wasn't far away? Her poor, anxious boyfriend couldn't remember the name. LOL!! Interesting tidbit that he had forgotten their anniversary. THAT was hilarious! He missed out on the "perfect" opportunity to do everything up "perfect" THEN. I really laughed there at the end when we found out the guy had apparently had a "practice box" where he had written himself a note to "buy ring." Sad. LOL! It's a shame he didn't pull out the box in the bathroom and notice it wasn't a real jeweler's box that a ring would come in. LOL!! Of course, with the state he was in, he probably wouldn't have noticed unless he actually opened the box to check to make sure the ring was in there. I can't believe he didn't make the guy let them in the restaurant. I can't believe KAGOME didn't make the guy let them in. LOL!! Nice touch having Kurama there to witness it all. Very cute!

OMG!!! This is such a sweet story! I loved how it turned out! I think that's one of the sweetest proposals that I've ever heard!! Awesome one-shot! I just kinda wish it would've been continued! But anywho, great job!!
