Aww that was really sad at the ending. The build up was really good. Though, I was a little shocked that the father cared more for his own life and power than his daughter's happiness, though at the same time it would be really hard to be selfless enough to simply give up on your own life just because someone that you barely knew had come along to replace you. *nods* That was some very realistic turmoil going on inside the father, and I've also got the say that I think your ending is brilliant. We already knew that the father would eventually have to die, but by giving up his life he sort of redeemed himself for being an evil master mind.... Hehe, Plotting in his sleep^^ Rock On!

I don't know what you're talking about, the ending was fine. Granted, it was a little sad, but it was still a good story ^^;
