Only two things struck me -- Naru seemed a bit shallow -- she was always possessive even when her feelings were confused. I'd expect that there'd have to be another in her life for her to be quite so callous. I also didn't quite understand Kitsune's rapid departure from her typical behavior... She is older and far more worldly wise than Ketaro, and somehow I expect that she has been there before him. On the other hand, people do change and she is the only resident that I can see following him on such a trip. Nice story so far, looking for next chapter!

This is pretty googd so far, and the drama is well played, haven't read much kei/kitsune but this looks promising.
