This is a believable continuation of the results of the war. Not just the effects it had on Ichigo's body, but the impacts of the Hollow existing within him. Of course Karin would be unhappy and Byakuya would not welcome a relationship between his sister and Ichigo. Nicely realised and well written and a bit of a surprise.
