Ooo, I like this one. I'm easy when it comes to Sess/Rin pairings, and I can see them as mates (so long as Rin is old enough, of course!) or I can also easily see them as having more of a father/daughter relationship. But I don't think I've come across anybody having Sesshoumaru actually turn her into his real daughter, as this one-shot portrayed. I especially liked how you said that even though she cried out in pain, she still held nothing bust trust for him in her eyes. Well done.
