I thought for sure that Yamato was cheating on Sora or that he would be by the end of this chapter. Proved me wrong! Great job showing the change in Yamato's character, his feelings for Mimi. He thinks she's just an airhead, but by the end understands that he can be more fickle and she has many different layers to her personality. God, I wish I could write character growth like that. :) One crit - watch out for those pesky spell checks. They can turn words into similarly spelled words with different meanings. Like fairest -> ferris. Yeah, I've sworn off Microsoft Word. :) Can't wait for chapter 3! Sora has fainted, what's going to happen now?!

Animated picture? God, I'll post 8 reviews myself! :) Very nice start for your first fic - I think you've captured Sora nicely, a character who doesn't get a lot of screen-time in this yaoi saturated world (no complaints for yaoi, though...hee hee hee). I can't wait for the next chapter, methinks there will be plenty of angst. Good choice on Dashboard Confessional for the intro line. I put the few tracks I have from them on repeat while I read this. It fit very nicely. Welcome to the Digi-fandom!
