i must agree with the others your work is amazing. i must admit its like no other i have ever read. and i must say that i cant wait until you have another one up so i can read.

I have no idea who shikamaru is since I've only a vague acquaintance with Naruto, but it doesn't even matter. You let me into the minds of both characters and set them up well. A really great little one shot. Very sweet

Wow! That was fabulous! I really loved the way you set it up. ^_^ The whole idea of the "speed dating" made me laugh. I just wonder who they each ended up with last year and why they didn't find each other then? Kagome's questions were perfect. I enjoyed the whole idea of simply enjoying nature as it is instead of looking for something in it. It definitely sounded like Shikamaru, and I could see Kagome being like that, too. I could feel her frustration warring with her loneliness. How wonderful that they found each other! And how impulsive of Shikamaru to tear away the curtain and fall in love so quickly. The idea that he could see the sky in her eyes made me all giggly and I'm still smiling about it. ^_^
