"Duck" Reviews/Comments [ 2 ] | Reviewed By: kokoronagomu [MediaMiner Member] On: September 11, 2008 12:55 CDT Comment/Review: i'm not one for the 'bouncing POV' and i usually don't read them but this has some really great and funny interactions. ♣ i did however feel the overly sensitive and blubbery inu-brothers were way over the top so i just skimmed through those bits and stuck with the happily amusing kagome/yasha banter. ♦ i assume that for the jeweler to have known intimate details for the medallion would be if he had forged it (and he was actually totosai) or he was youkai or part and a relative of yasha or of totosai, otherwise an ordinary human would have been like all other humans in believing youkai/mononoke/oni were all myths and never existed. ♠ i am thinking that the chairs and western style beds (instead of futon) that yasha made for the cabin were influenced by the fact that kagome has an actual 'western' bed in the future as in the mid sixteenth century (edo period) even japanese nobility slept on futon or futon on thick tatami possibly over a raised frame (think raised platform). ♥ well anyway, your POV's were pretty good, not at all redundant and repetitive like many authors are guilty of. i am looking forward to reading more especially if everyone is finished with the waterworks. =P ♥ a pleasure, thank you. ♥ ginny
