Very nicely done. You have managed to intermingle the emotions of age-old pain into the modern pairs and offer the thoughts of three souls contained within two persons seamlessly. I applaud you for that - then again, I expected nothing less when I saw who wrote the story. Will you write a sequel or continue this story? That last sentence just begs to be continued... I bet everyone was just on the edge for the seat to see another chapter. Maybe to can write another one this Halloween? That gives you a over four months to plan and write... But don't feel obligated - I am just formally begging LOL

Somehow this reminds me of an AU Rurouni Kenshin fanfic written by Ravyn where Kaoru owns a talking cat named Demon as well as a dragon named Kenshin. Are you writing a sequel?

I've missed your writing lately, so this is a great come-back. Well done! Any chance of a sequel? Him adjusting to the three hundred year time jump while she adjusts to having a serious boyfriend and her new witchy powers? Maybe a holiday serial, so at Thanksgiving? Just a thought! You're so good at sequels;)
