interesting story... liked it... too bad benjiro died... would have been neat if he stayed alive since he's the inu no taisho... and kagome is his daughter... it would have been nice in the end if when kagome shouted for her papa some kind of power came from her and did some damage on her uncle shiro a.k.a naraku... too bad it's a one shot... any one-shot sequel?... good work though...

this is an amazing side story to someone to watch over me. it explaines so much of the back story. the characterizations of kagome's father and uncle fit their preincarnations well. the only thing that bothers me is that now i've got this idea in the back of my head that inuyasha and kagome are somehow brother and sister. that just seems wrong. i love this little twist that you've given the story.

Oh wow, Kagome's father is the reincarnation of Sesshomaru and Inuyasha's father and Her uncle,Shiro is the reincarnation of Naraku. I love it this gives light to why he is after her in the first place, this is a great one shot.
