This is...amazing. I tend to stick to InuYasha/Kagome pairings but this Miroku/Sango one has got me HOOKED. The raw emotion on Miroku's part is VERY nicely written. One can see how it affects him in his every day life. I also liked how their characters weren't "buried" under all the angst. Many tend to forget they have personalities, choosing to stick them into "depressed-mode" until they're happy again. You didn't. I caught the subtle hints to the real them, like when Sango "saw a trace of the lech Miroku could be." I'm loving this read. Its angsty, its romantic, and has a bit of a mystery to it when you think of Miroku's past. Until next update, which I most definetely will be looking forward to. ~Amber ;)
