Hey there! Even though it's been a while since you posted this oneshot, I thought I could still review. And I have to say, congratulations! You did a great job at portraying exactly what you wanted to portray. And I agree; Inuyasha and Kagome have never really been friends. Companions, yes, even though Kaede kind of forced them in the beginning, but friends as in innocent and friendly-friendly friends--no. Inuyasha didn't even really knew what friends were until Miroku, Sango and Shippo came into the picture. Back to the oneshot, as I love AU, I loved the fact that the story was taking place in the modern era. *Adding to favorites*
