Wow. This is really powerful. This story makes you pity Byakuya so very much, and the part about Rukia at the end... Him hugging her and being reluctant to let her go, as if part of his psyche needs the reassurance and comfort of someone safe, after a traumatizing event? I would say that this left me sad, and disturbed... But that's what you were going for isn't? ^_^ Great fic, and I'll make sure to read more from you. Hearts and Hugs RS (RavynSkye)
