I love it!!! Absolutely wonderful!!! You captured the emotional and psychological challenges of a transsexual...and that bit at the end about changing his name to Kagome is absolutely brilliant!!! Excellent work!

Kudos for touching base on a subject that will probably give a lot of people the creeps, and I mean that non-sarcastically. I admire that you had the guts to write something like this, and personally, I think the storyline you've created could definitely use some more thorough exploration. It's clear from your little remark about Inuyasha's voice that Koga is at least attracted to Inuyasha physically, if not emotionally as well, but we really aren't privy to Inuyasha's side of things. He's clearly a close friend that has stuck by Koga for years, and as you mentioned, has encouraged him to get the surgery, presumably because as his friend, he truly understands Koga's inner turmoil. However, that does not necessarily mean that Inuyasha and "Kagome" will be hooking up, although I am not personally turned off by the notion. To be honest, I've been plagued by a vague concept for an AU of similar standards ever since watching a certain episode of Law and Order SVU, where I suppose my "Kagome" would be like your Koga in a sense, just…in that stage that is post-hormone treatments yet pre-operation. I don't honestly know if I will ever truly put forth the effort to write that story, I don't know how many hardcore Inu/Kag fans could swallow the concept of "chicks with dicks" without flaming me into the fifth layer of Hell, so believe me when I say that I admire your courage, even if this fic just stays the tiny vignette that it currently is.

Wow . . . was NOT expecting that . . .dude, that mean that Inu and Koga hook up! Tripy! That's freakin epic . . .though still slightly creepy . . .not the sex change thing, I'm fine by that, just the idea of Koga being Kagome is kinda creepy. Just a little. But great story anyways! And you should sooo write more! I'm freakin serious here! WRITE MORE!!!!!
