You had me going with this one. "Blood-thirsty youkai" typically means a huge, nasty ogre, but Myouga is literally thirsty for blood. Very clever, and nice use of language to mislead the reader throughout. I also laughed at how the characters behaved in their sleep. Was there ever any doubt was Miroku's "funny rubbing motion" was? Nice work.

I was starting to worry for our favorite group and then when I found out the youkai was Myouga... I laughed so hard :D very cute!
