Wasn't expecting that one... You'd think Sango would work a little harder on not driving him away again after barely getting him back. Isn't it too early in her pregnancy for her emotions to go completely haywire? Are the women of the village still talking smack, or is something else bothering her now? I wonder what the fight was even about... I love Inuyasha's little speech, though. I'm really enjoying this series, so far, and can't wait to see where you plan on taking things from here.

great update... seems that nothing has changed between miroku and sango... what is wrong with sango?... is it more than the pregnancy?... interesting talk inuyasha gave sango... what will sango do now?... what's next... update when you can... please and thank you!

perceptive but lacking insight. inuyasha couldn't have had a clue. he heard but had no basis for comparison as to how such talk would effect sango. ♣ sango, not being a 'typical woman' who wouldn't have any physical defects except maybe bad teeth and rough hands, a scar (that she was self conscious about anyway) would fuel their contempt. it never changes, it's the same today... ♥;

I can definitely see Inuyasha's point of view on this. He's heard crap whispered behind his back his whole life, and has learned to just ignore it, so it wouldn't naturally occur to him that somebody else might be really bothered by the same thing happening to them. I'm really liking your insight on this, portraying how life isn't always "...and they lived happily ever after." Sure, we know that things will end up working out between them, but I love your take on the challenges they might have had to face in order to get to where they are when Kagome returns to the past. Well done. Keep up the good work!

i thought she was being overly hormonal. some people get CRAZY when they're going through puberty, pregnancy, menopause. now someone has to explain that to her husband. ♥

Excellent update! It all makes sense now...even I had forgotten that Sango's back is all scarred up, and I bet the village women sure would gossip about it, too. Sango tries to act all tough because that's how she was raised, but deep down inside, she's still a woman, and women can be emotional and fragile at times. Fortunately, it does look (at least to me) like you plan on making this a true canon. I'm sure Sango will figure out where Miroku must have gone, and go to find him. I really like what you're doing here, because the manga doesn't give us any information for what happened to them during those three missing years. That leaves a lot of room for creative licence. Keep up the good work!

Well, the first two people said it, so I guess I will as well...interesting...LOL. I am curious as to whether or not this will wind back around into a true canon story, if they eventually work out their problems, or if you are taking us on a completely alternate-ending kind of adventure. It doesn't seem like Miroku and Sango have been married very long at this point in time, and there are obviously no little ones involved yet. That has me wondering...how early in pregnancy does all that crazy emotional stuff start? Nah...I'm sure at least Inuyasha would've realized...right? Okay, so that's probably not it, but if that's not it, then what the blazes is wrong with Sango? I guess I'll just have to keep reading and find out. :-)
