First of all, well done. Second of all, I'd like to put 'Enjoyment Factor' and 'Originality/Creativity' at 17 each, but the stupid Muggle thing wouldn't let me :P A bit of a harsh Draco you've portrayed but it's so ridiculously done I don't care :D You wrote his loathing, sarcasm and general disgust at having to lower himself to writing a letter to a Muggle very entertainingly. Brilliant.
