i was thinking that if this was set in japan, she would have immediately turned whatever she found that wasn't hers-- japanese are obsessive about their honor. http://www.nytimes.com/2004/01/08/world/never-lost-but-found-daily-japanese -honesty.html?pagewanted=1 -♣- sesshoumaru is asking kagura... kagome's friend is kaguya, and inuyasha is living with kaguya-- right? sounds like a sticky situation and poor inuyasha should have told his brother to look after his own damn ring. i would be afraid the wolf would bring home some STD or something. -♦- personally i don't understand the attraction of diamonds/jewelry-- i closed up a doorway in my home and laid brick with my engagement/wedding ring on (then i noticed that i was wearing it, got mortar in the setting), all i wear now are earrings that i never take off. ♥

looks like kagome has solid grounds for divorce and inuyasha's on the rebound. is kagome stashing her jewelery for 'safe keeping' or is she building a 'nest egg' for when she leaves her cheating husband? ♥
