I was just browsing through some of my fave authors and I found this. Really, really well written. I enjoyed the incorporation of the senses into each section, and as always, I had a happy grin on my face at the thought of something from InuYasha's childhood (or adolescence) bringing him some joy, even if his love did end up being unrequited. The last chapter was definitely my favorite; the fact that they recognized each other after so long made me happy, in a way. Perhaps she saw that he was not the fearful being she thought him to be all those years ago, and maybe it gave her some sort of peace (or maybe regret). And maybe InuYasha felt some closure after seeing her again as well. It's a nice thought, anyway. Very well done. :)

I don't know whether I should be happy or not that I'm still the first reviewer... I saw the post for this this morning before leaving for work, but I didn't have time then. All day long...WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?! LOL, oh well. Great job, by the way! I really like the way this one turned out, especially with the added bonus sixth-sense chapter. Yeah, Inuyasha, you'll get to experience love as a hanyou, too.
