Heh heh... Just re-read your story and still love it. To clarify to my previous review, rather than a two/three shot, maybe you could write an epilogue on the Inu/Kag/Miro/Sango future? Either way, well done. :-)

The story was nice but somehow I dont know why but I didnt like the fact that he divided his souls. Don't get me wrong. The idea was unique and u carried it off wonderfully. It's just that I didn't like how the human side still chose Kikyou even after her selfish behaviour. Other than that I'm a big fan of your stories. I love them! Very well written, unique and full of suspense

A very refreshing take on the Kikyo/Kagome dilemma. Like all your stories, I would LOVE to see this become more than a one shot... :-P Any chance of turning it into a two or three shot? Heh heh. Good work!

I thought the same thing SG thought when I first went to read it. I loved that idea, of Inu dividing himself so he can be satisfy both sides of himself and make the women happy. (cause I doubt Kikyou would be willing to share, especially if he stayed hanyou). I've never even considered such and idea and I've never heard of anyone coming up with something like that either! Awsomeness! You are bloody brilliant!

Wonderful twist! Based on the title and summary, I had assumed this was going to be one of those 'he takes them both' stories, not that that would've bothered me, hence why I began reading. ;-) But when I realized what was really going on...wow. I have never seen this done before, and with as many stories as I've read, that's really saying something. I do recall one story where Inuyasha was split in two by a curse, but his youkai half was the wild-child we're used to, and his two sides had to come to an agreement, namely wanting Kagome, in order for him to join back up again. It was basically a PWP with an Inu/Inu/Kag lemon. Not that that story wasn't fabulous in its own right, which it was, but what you did here was entirely different. I love the angle that it was his weak human blood keeping his youkai side down, and that without it he turned pure youkai like Sesshoumaru. You neglected to mention what became of the ears, though maybe you left that off on purpose, open to interpretation. Logic would dictate that he wouldn't have them any more, but all things considered, I'm sure Kagome can deal with that one, tiny sacrifice. Especially when she had been willing to give him up entirely if need be, though that wouldn't have worked in this instance, as you pointed out. All in all this was a fabulous one-shot. I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it myself! I have a ba-zillion unwritten story ideas that I'm always paranoid somebody else will beat me to the punch on before I get a chance to get them written, but this wasn't one of them. Nice job!
